I appreciated staff and location, they were good. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. They made my stay good. The hotel was in a safe area, next to shops and short walk to Suncorp stadium staff, the attractions and the myer centre. Also, I had easy access to queen street mall.

I enjoyed staying here, the location was unbeatable. Superfriendly staff of the hotel. Easy check-in. Location so close to queen street and restaurants and the casino. Plus there was a lake, within 10 minutes walk or so.

Very good place to stay with good wi-fi. The staff were very pleasant, extremely helpful. An electric kettle, a refrigerator and glassware in my triple room were a very thoughtful addition. Late check out too. Brilliant location just a pleasant stroll away from a private school. Also, I enjoyed how handy the location was: )

the stay at this so lovely hotel was a lovely one. best possible location and fairly clean place, i appreciated super pleasant staff. very wonderful view of city. they provided me with a continental breakfast, food was affordable. having different welcome drinks in the irish bar was a very nice touch. you could walk to shops and the markets.

It was an APPEALING hotel with particularly good rooms and sweet staff. The staff did all they can for a restful stay. There were Wi-Fi, climate control and dresser in the room, liked that. Lovely breakfast selection, eggs, coffee, meats, breads and cereals. Very central location, just a short stroll away from a Channel Seven wheel.

The place was absolutely lovely, nothing too much trouble, would recommend. The Irish bar was a delightful surprise. Fine reception. The hotel was a short walk to the heart of the Brisbane. Moreover, we were 300 metres from the lake.
The service was special, yet some people working there were non professional.

The staff was calm and the location was handy. The standard queen room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was well appointed. There was a small restaurant, a shopping mall and the markets next door.
The room had very sad views.
